A foam or bubble party is good for any type of event. Whether it is celebratory or just plain ole’ fun. You can enjoy it at your own pace and on your own time. Here is a list of events where a foam party can be hosted:

What Happens At A Foam Party?

Nothing but pure, clean fun! The Bubble VibeZ team arrives on our Bubble Bus or Foam Truck with the equipment. We set up the equipment in the party space. The foam operator positions themselves at the foam machine station and begins operating the machine, directing the foam directly into the space, creating the perfect bubble kingdom.

After everything is in place, high-energy or high-tempo music is turned on, and the fun begins!

The kids can use the foam to create a fashion show, build a house or castle, or create a mouth stash, bringing their foam imagination into reality. Foam parties offer a ton of wonderful photo opportunities, and the memories created there are priceless.

How Many Kids Can Attend The Party?

We recommend that no more than 20 kids attend the party. If you have a party larger than 20, please contact us first so we can make accommodations for a larger party size. We calculate a few factors when making accommodations, such as location, and the size of the party space. When we arrive, we visualize where we will set up our foam machine station(s), and where your food and music stations will be. The larger the party, the larger the foam machine may be.

What Is A Foam Machine?

A foam machine is a high-quality piece of machinery that generates foam for the foam party. It comes with a variety of pieces ranging in size from small toys to massive cannons. These pieces include a foam machine, foam machine solution, water supply, and even a regular electrical outlet. These elements combine to form the foam vision you desire for your party.

What Is The Best Foam Machine For My Event?

There are two options that you can choose from depending on the size of the event and how much space you have:

1. You can choose a basic foam machine that drops the foam on the kids from a machine arm sticking out from the side of our bus.
2. The foam cannon machine shoots foam directly into the event space at the kids.

They are both very interactive. The kids will have a blast regardless because both options produce a huge amount of foam that they will definitely enjoy.

What Is A Foam Solution?

Foam solutions can be offered in three different forms. It is mostly offered as either a gel, a liquid, or a powder. They all work well and will depend on the type of equipment being used to produce the foam. It is recommended to use a superior-quality solution because the amount of foam that is produced will be noticeable from a distance. The ground or party space will be stacked with an impressively large amount of foam.

Is The Foam Solution Safe?

Yes! It’s absolutely safe. The foam liquid or powder solution is non-staining, biodegradable, odorless, mess-free, and hypoallergenic. Furthermore, the Bubble VibeZ foam solution enhances or improves the quality and quantity of foam produced at events, bringing laughter and joy to the children’s souls.

Our foam is a mess-free, slickness mess to clean up after a foam party since the foam just dissolves on its own—it evaporates into thin air! The Bubble VibeZ foam solution secures everyone’s well-being, including kids and adults, and it is our duty to make sure that every child’s safety is our first priority. We can’t do it alone, that is why we will request your assistance in making sure all kids are supervised by their families.

Will The Foam Solution Be Slippery?

Definitely not! The foam will not cause the floor to be slippery. It is as slippery as the water is. We just have to make sure that the kids don’t run and walk while having fun to avoid bumping into each other.

The benefits of this are that there won’t be any water involved, and you won’t need to worry about slipping and falling.

Will The Foam Kill My Grass?

No, it will not. The grass will get muddy because of the amount of water that is dropped on it, but after it dries, you won’t even notice. You might want to wait a few days before you water your grass to avoid any overkill.

Will The Foam Solution Irritate The Eyes?

No! Never!. The foam solution is crafted using safe ingredients that only consist of sodium lauryl sulfate, glycerol, and water. These are used in similar products like toothpaste, shampoos, and laundry detergent, but without any added fragrances or chemicals. If you are still not sure, you can make the kids wear goggles to give you peace of mind.

Will It Irritate The Skin?

No, it will not. If you have any children with extremely sensitive skin, please follow the steps below before allowing them to play in the foam:
Skin Spot Testing

● Put the soap solution on an area of the child’s skin and wait for about 10 minutes.
● While waiting, closely monitor the area to see if there is any reaction, such as redness or itchiness.
● If there is no reaction, then they should be ok to play in the foam.

It will be a good idea for you to be aware of any allergies before they get into the foam.

What Do I Need For A Foam Party?

There are several things you need for a foam party to run smoothly and be an absolute success.

● A foam machine or foam cannon – the machine that produces the foam.
● Foam machine solution – the product that is used to create the bubbles.
● Water source and a foam machine drum or reservoir – the foam machine
draws water from the reservoir and mixes it with the solution to create bubbles.
● Electrical outlet – the machine requires electricity to perform.
● A speaker and nice tunes – a party without music is no fun at all!
● And the operator that will make this work – the one who controls it all.

How Much Does A Foam Party Cost?

The prices vary from one company to another, depending on the services or packages you choose.
At Bubble VibeZ, we offer several packages that will cater to the needs of your party. Our packages:

● Starts at $295 for the first hour
● and for the second hour, it is an additional $155
● and then $150 for every additional hour.

These prices include the operator’s time and foam machine rental.

Where Can I Host A Foam Party?

You can host it anywhere you want such as your backyard, front yard, driveway, cul-de-sac, park if permitted, or parking lot if permitted; as long as there is enough space for the kids to run around (about 20′ x 20′ or more), we’ll bring the party to you. We recommend concrete but not smooth concrete, as smooth concrete tends to be slippery when water is poured on top of it.

Are Foam Pits Needed?

No, not really. There is no need to have one present, as it is an extra cost that is not justified, but if you want the foam pit, we can provide one for an additional cost.

How Do You Clean After The Foam Party Is Over?

Overall, there is no need to clean if no color is used. The foam evaporates in about an hour or so. If the colored foam is used, you would need to rinse with water and maybe even with detergent, as some surfaces and clothes stain with colored foam.

Are Foam Parties Safe?

Yes, foam parties are safe. Children are free to move around safely. They can play in groups or separately. We only recommend children not to run around or lay on the ground. This is to prevent anyone from tripping over each other due to the height of the foam. They may be unable to see anyone laying down or another child running into them.

How Long Does The Foam Blast Setup And Breakdown Take?

Setting up the foam party usually takes approximately 15 minutes to get everything up and running for both kids and adults to dive into foamtastic fun! Breaking it down might take a little bit longer because we have to take apart all the pieces and clean them off.

What Is A Glow Foam Party?

Glow foam parties are very different from regular or “traditional” foam parties. It takes it up a notch and is a blast to remember. We provide high-quality audio systems, entertaining lighting, and two unique UV blacklights that make the entire field of foam shine radioactively! The foam shines without posing any risk to your skin, turning your event into a neon party full of UV foamy fun!

Can Adults Enjoy A Foam Party Or Is It Strictly For Kids?

Yes, foam parties are not age-restricted at all. Most of our nighttime parties are for adults. Other places and companies offer bubbly beach bash raves, as do resorts and even clubs coordinate soapy dance parties. We have served parties where participants were in their seventies.

Is a Foam Party Safe During COVID?

Absolutely! You can follow all the COVID-19 safety protocols. We are a company that highly promotes safety measures that correspond with the CDC guidelines. To see a list of safety guidelines, please visit the CDC website.

Can You Have Foam Parties Indoors?

Foam parties can be hosted indoors, but we do not recommend that. Having your soapy celebration outdoors is the way to go! Outdoors, there is more space and freedom to have an unlimited amount of fun.
If you choose to have an indoor foam party, it must be in a big enough space. There are a few things to keep in mind when having your party indoors:

1. Keeping the electrical outlets safe
2. Consider the type of flooring (can be a slipping hazard)
3. The music might be too loud and the sound may bounce off the walls

We are all about safety first!

What If It’s Going To Rain On The Day Of The Foam Party?

Here are a couple of options for you. Unless there is an atrium, we do not recommend that equipment and children be exposed to the rain. If the forecast predicts rain, we can always reschedule for a nicer day of your choosing, as long as we have open time slots.

Nevertheless, we can host a party for you indoors if you want to celebrate during a downpour. We will provide entertainment like games, music, rainbow lights, and much more. This is to ensure that the party is just as enjoyable indoors as it would be outside. In addition, we’ll give you a refund for the package price difference.

Will The Floor Get Wet?

Yes, the floor will likely become wet when the bubbles pop since foam requires water to form. The resultant liquid doesn’t stick around for long and is easy to wipe up. Any remaining liquid ought to ultimately disappear on its own if you’re throwing a foam fest outside.

Will The Kids Get Wet?

Yes, but it will not be as wet as a bubble bath or at the pool. It depends on the type of clothing the children are wearing, the soapy bash will make them damp.

What Should You Wear At A Foam Party?

When attending a foam party, know that you will be in a damp environment. You want to be comfortable and wear clothing that won’t restrict your movements. Types of clothing that can be worn:

● Non-slip flip flops
● Bathing suits
● Shorts and a T-shirt
● A head cap
● Any type of athletic material

or anything that you don’t mind getting wet!

Can You Have A Foam Pool Party?

Yes, you can have a foam pool party.  But, we do not recommend it. It creates room for safety hazards. Whether the pool is deep or shallow, you would not be able to see if a child, or an adult for that matter is drowning, as the foam stacks pretty high above the water level.  Once again, Bubble Vibez DOES NOT recommend having a foam pool party as it is not safe.  
If you do want the children to play in a water source, this is where the water or foam pit comes in handy. Foam pits come in different sizes, but you want to make sure it is not as deep as a pool. Here is a perfect measurement that will work great for kids of different ages:

● 13-by-13-foot foam pit with 4-foot walls
● straps for securing at each corner
● no flooring, no blower
● 16 pounds and poly Oxford fabric material

What Are Some Foam Party Safety Tips?

Here are some safety tips to follow when you are at a foam party:

● You must wear comfy clothing, preferably bathing suits, comfy shoes, and goggles.
● Please avoid any running.
● It is a good idea to have an extra change of clothes and some towels.
● No laying down when covered with foam.
● If you’re planning a foam party, use plastic cups, plates, and cutlery to prevent breaking any glass items and creating a hazardous atmosphere.
● No slippery slide activities should be set up close to the event because this can cause harm.

Please provide us with all the necessary information, including your name, phone number, email address, the date and time of the party, the party’s location, the foam party you choose, and anything else you think would be helpful to give us a better understanding of your needs for your event.

Do I Get A Refund If I Cancel My Bubbly Foam Fiesta?

If you need to cancel at least seven days before the party, you can do so without incurring any fees. A 50% refund will be given if you must cancel within seven days of the party, and no refund will be given if you must cancel 24 hours or less before the foam blast bash.
